How Insurance Works at Wholistic Health:
We accept most major insurance plans including:
- Aetna
- American Specialty Health
- Blue Cross Blue Shield
- Cigna
- Humana
- Optum
- United Healthcare
- VA Community Care Network
As a service to our clients, we offer the convenience of billing insurance for acupuncture services. We are able to bill insurance as both an in-network and out-of-network provider, providing flexibility to accommodate a wide range of insurance plans.
For patients with insurance plans that cover acupuncture, we are happy to bill directly to their insurance provider. This includes both in-network and out-of-network plans. If a patient's insurance plan requires a deductible to be met, our office will work to ensure that all eligible services are billed towards meeting that deductible.
However, we understand that not all insurance plans offer acupuncture benefits. In these cases, we offer a fixed rate fee for patients who choose to pay out-of-pocket for their treatments. This allows individuals to still receive the care they need even if their insurance does not cover acupuncture services.

You may fill out the online Insurance Verification Form so we can verify for you.
*Patients are responsible for payment if their policies do not cover treatment or if there is a deductible required before insurance pays. Patients are also encouraged to check with their own insurance company.
